It has began...

Our long wait has finally arrived. Our Renovation will start as per plan tomorrow!!
Yesterday All-In-One Meeting at our new home went very smooth. It was a all in one because it the following:

• key handover from the previous owner
• collect rent from previous owner
• confirmation of the Electrical, SCV, telephone points and wiring
• confirmation of Aircon system and Aircon piping route
• confirmation of reno schedule
• our 50% payment for the reno.. *broke liao*

Everything was not as smooth as we would like it,(previous owner was late, we did get full rent payment etc) but eventually everything turn out fine. Must really thank dear for all her effort and pre-planning to make sure that everything from having all the electrical outlet position right to the key handover with rental payment was in order. Thamk you dearie, it is stressful times for us... sorry for flaring up at times.. :p

And here we are, with the ground breaking tomorrow... *yeah*
