Checklist

Tml will be going to our new house before the OFFICAL GROUND BREAKING DAY on 8 Jan 2007..HUAT ah!! Here are some things tat we need to do tml: -

1. Check to ensure that Mr Chan has vacate the place (including all furniture).
2. Check for major defects and make sure Mr Chan claims responsibilty for it if it is his doings.
3. Collect rental from Mr Chan. (I wont give him face one..)
4. Change lock (to make sure Mr Chan don't make a duplicate of the keys and come steal our reno tiles or destroy our feature wall..whaha..I m so imaginative..keke)
5. Pay Angeline.
6. Discuss electrical and powerpoint matters.
7. Discuss aircon routing matters.
8. Take photos of our house b4 reno (so we can post it on this blog!!..stay tuned)
9. Get all windows locks from Mr Chan (cos we are using their windows)

Here are some questions to ask that 4ever bz Angeline: -
1. When choose colours?? (ICI or Dupont or Nippon??)
2. When she need us to buy the Hood and Hob so she can install for us?
3. When she need us to buy the sink, WC, water heater, towel hanger, toilet paper hanger etc?
4. When she need us to give her our FRIDGE measurement??
5. When she need us to buy the lightings for her installation??
6. When she need us to get the aircon man to do the installation??
7. When can we ask the delivery man to deliver our SEALY mattress?? (we need give one week notice to SEALY)


Bloody hell..so many things to do...Hope this is over soon...
